Who is this programme for?
SME founders and leadership teams who want AI embedded properly across their business — not a one-off workshop. It works best when you have at least one operational team (marketing, ops, sales, client services) ready to adopt new workflows.
Do we need technical staff or existing AI experience?
No. We design around the team you have. If you have a technically curious operator we'll train them as your AI Champion; if not, we'll help you identify one. No coding background is required.
How long is the engagement and what's the time commitment?
Six weeks end-to-end. Expect a weekly working session with the core team (60–90 minutes) plus async reviews. Most teams spend 2–4 hours per week beyond the sessions during build phases.
What does "bespoke" actually mean here?
Every artefact — your Business Second Brain, AI teammates, tool stack, governance policy and roadmap — is built on your real data, tools and workflows. We bring the frameworks and processes; the outputs are entirely yours.

What happens after the six weeks?
You own the system and your AI Champion runs it. We offer optional lightweight support — monthly check-ins, quarterly roadmap reviews, or additional teammate builds — but there's no lock-in. Most clients run independently from day one.
