AI Chief of Staff
Aoife
Coordinates the other teammates, keeps one shared context layer and reports up to your AI Champion.
Who it's for
You have people, but not enough of them, and AI use is scattered across whoever happens to be curious. The AI Team Build turns that into one shared system your team can actually run — with clear owners and clear limits.
How the three months is scoped for you
Sound familiar?
If two or more of these are true, the bottleneck is structural — not a motivation or tooling problem.
Your first hires
Every AI teammate holds one defined job, runs inside the tools you already use, and reports to a named human owner.
AI Chief of Staff
Coordinates the other teammates, keeps one shared context layer and reports up to your AI Champion.
Sales Support Specialist
Screens inbound enquiries, preps the call brief and makes sure nothing sits unanswered over a weekend.
Operations Coordinator
Keeps the handoffs between marketing, sales and delivery visible so work stops falling into the gaps.
The three months
Three phases, each ending in a human checkpoint. Nothing goes live without someone signing off on it.
Month 1
We map the bottleneck workflow end to end, install the shared Second Brain and agree what stays fully human — pricing, sensitive client comms, people decisions. Your leadership team signs off.
Month 2
Teammates go live inside the tools your team already uses, and we run working sessions so people can use and correct them rather than route around them.
Month 3
We publish the approval matrix, train your AI Champion to own the system, and report hours and euro recovered against the baseline we set in month one.
By day 90 your team runs one shared system instead of five private ones, with a named owner, written rules and measured results.
Next step
A working GTM diagnostic, not a sales call. You leave knowing which teammate to build first and what it's worth in hours and euro — whether or not you work with us.
