Runs Monday 3 November to Monday 24 November 2026. Four weekly live build sessions plus a weekly implementation clinic.
The four weeks
Each week stacks: orientation, prioritisation, agent design, and a 90-day rollout.
Week 1
Your AI baseline & foundations.
Reframe AI as workforce capacity. Audit your tech stack and workflows, score yourself against the 5-Pillar Readiness model, and get a plain-English EU AI Act primer. You leave with a Tech Stack Map, a Readiness Score, and draft AI Sandbox rules.
Week 2
Use cases, ROI & your system blueprint.
Move from 'AI could do anything' to a ranked shortlist using Task Triage and the three ROI questions, then sketch how AI sits inside your existing tools. You leave with a prioritised Use Case Workbook, a draft System Blueprint, and 2–3 'First Wave' use cases.
Week 3
Designing your first AI agents & guardrails.
Design and prototype a governed AI teammate using the GRACE framework, with a clear decision-authority matrix and guardrails. You leave with a fully specified AI teammate, a Decision Authority Matrix, and a first-draft AI Usage & Governance Policy.
Week 4
From pilot to practice.
Turn everything into a sequenced 30-60-90 day rollout, nominate your AI Champion, and set up a lightweight governance rhythm. You leave with a complete 90-day Roadmap, a defined Champion role, and an AI Register template.
